Todd is President of Freimark & Associates Inc. Todd manages, develops and maintains strong client and carrier relationships. He is a seasoned negotiator and consults with carriers on various elements of underwriting to obtain the best plan designs at the most effective prices. By directing client relationships, and conducting periodic reviews and routine meetings with clients, Todd can evaluate financial performance of benefit plans and the employee benefit needs of his clients. He is an avid client advocate bringing years of experience in resolving service and contractual issues. Prior to starting Freimark & Associates Inc. in 2003, Todd started the Life and Health division at Stoudt’s Insurance Agency in 1989.

Todd is married to Joy and has two daughters. He is from Mobridge and likes to support Arrow athletics, fish and golf in his free time.

Brian brings over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry all with Friemark & Associates. Prior to 2019 he spent 17 years in the education and coaching profession.  Born and raised in Watertown, Brian went on to earn his undergraduate and master’s degrees from South Dakota State University while also having a successful career on the men’s basketball team. He enjoys exercising, golfing, spending time on the water, and following kids activities. Brian and his wife Katie have 3 children, Annie, Drew and Gabe.

Brian takes pride in the relationships he has built as an educator and looks forward to building new relationships in the insurance industry. He relies on his teaching background to educate clients on employee benefit options and help provide benefits solutions to groups of all market segments. 

Chelsea joined Freimark & Associates in October of 2020 after spending 8 years in accounting, office management, and social service positions. Chelsea specializes in the sale of individual products such as Medicare Supplement and Marketplace plans. She also provides customer service and support to individual and business customers. In her first year at Freimark & Associates, she earned the Marketplace Circle of Champions recognition for helping individuals access healthcare insurance during the open enrollment period. Chelsea is a proud graduate of Lake Area Technical College where she earned her Associates Degree in Financial Services.

Chelsea and her husband, Aaron, have 2 children, Hayes and Harvey. They also have a big baby Bert, a Golden Retriever. They enjoy spending their free time camping with family and friends, jamming to good old country music, and being outside as much as possible.

Heather Bramer, an Aflac agent of over 20 years, joined Freimark and Associates in October of 2021 to expand her career in the insurance industry. She can assist clients with Aflac supplemental insurance, group health insurance, individual health insurance, Marketplace plans and Medicare plans.  She enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping to simplify the insurance process.  Her priorities include providing great customer service and educating both employers and employees on their benefit options.

Heather is a Watertown native and an SDSU graduate.  She and her husband, Travis, have two kids Abby and Jake.  They enjoy camping, traveling and cheering on their kids at their sporting events. 

Teresa is the newest member to join our team at Freimark & Associates. Prior to becoming licensed in Health, Life, & Accident Insurance, Teresa spent 23 years in education as a teacher both in Waverly and most recently in the Watertown School District. Teresa will work with our Medicare and Individual Marketplace clients along with assisting our Group clients with their needs.

Teresa was born and raised in Watertown. She received her bachelor's degree from Northern State University and her master's degree from Black Hills State University. She and her husband, Rich, have three kids: Jay, Justin, and Jordan.  They enjoy traveling and supporting their kids in their various activities.
